Behavior

Most of us wake up in the morning and instantly start running our long-to-do list.  We quickly become overwhelmed with stress and anxiety --not an ideal way to start the day.

It takes a lot of mental focus and determination to be  present, to live freely and have the Best Life  You Ever Had.

Each of us holds the key to something so powerful, inspiring and life changing.  It is the strength of our minds, thoughts and actions.  Focus your thoughts and dreams on what you want in your life and you will attract them!  This is true for your health and all aspects of your life.

Map out your goals and make sure you are on the right path to get where you want to be.  You can dream all you want, but it will never become a reality without a practical plan to guide you.

MAKE A LIST!  Write down your goals in all the important areas of your life.

BE HONEST - Your goals should motivate and excite you!  Why are they important to you?  Your goals must be consistent with your values if you want the motivation to reach them.

GET DETAILED - The actual process of writing down our goals makes them real and tangible.  The more detailed you write down, the easier it is for your subconscious mind to see it and manifest it!  The more positive thinking you have the better results you'll get!

SET PRIORITIES -- Evaluate what's most important.  You may not be able to do everything at once and that's okay!

PRAISE YOURSELF - Set smaller, incremental goals on the way to your long term goal and reward youself as you achieve them.  Choose something fun!

Journaling

A journal truly is the hidden key to personal growth and self discovery and the sooner you start one the quicker you will find this out for yourself.  A journal is your story told in your own words and written usually for your eyes only.  It is a series of written entries that you put together in response to what happens in your life on a regular basis and your thoughts/feelings about what happened.  A journal is a space where you write out what is going on in your head and your heart and expressed on paper.

Writing has a way of healing.  When you write something down that troubles you it makes space for solutions to come your way.  When you write something down that excites you it gives you an opportunity to always look back on that event with fondness.

Call it a personal journal for self-discovery, a health journal or a life journal - call it The Best Life I Every Had Journal!
